The Medina received a 2-year R56 from the NIH entitled, "TMEM55B as a molecular determinant of NAFLD" based on the tremendous efforts by Yuanyuan and her students!

Book chapter!

I'm pleased to announce the publication of "Cholesterol and PI(4,5)P2 in Vital Biological Functions: From Coexistence to Crosstalk" edited by Avia Rosenhouse-Dantsker. Yuanyuan and I contributed a chapter entitled, "Mechanism of the regulation of plasma cholesterol levels by PI(4,5)P2".

Medina Lab receives Marcus Award!
